What is Brainspotting?

*Brainspotting is different than traditional talk therapy in that it allows for deeper processing by focusing on a designated spot “brain spot,” which causes you to access deep neural connections and memories.

*Brainspotting can be used for any presenting issue that you might be experiencing. Some common concerns people bring to their brain spotting sessions include trauma, negative emotions/self talk, low self esteem/self confidence, performance issues (sports, work, etc) and pain they are experiencing, to name a few.

*Brainspotting can be especially helpful for those who have been in therapy for a long time without experiencing the results they have been looking for or have been feeling “stuck” both in therapy and in their lives.
